Location: Schoenborn Family Farm, 12545 Bingham St, Holland, MI 49424
Join us for a hands-on Chicken Processing Class where students will learn the full process of preparing a meat chicken for the freezer. This class will cover humane dispatch, processing, and plucking techniques, giving participants a complete understanding of how to harvest their own chicken responsibly and safely. One adult per family is required to attend.
Details:
• Cost: $10 per student
• Attendance: One adult per family is required to attend
• Eligibility: Open only to Critter Crew members who are Red or Orange Shirt level
• Take Home: Each student will go home with their own processed chicken
