2026 Agro Expo

Hello Critter Crew! 

We have a fun opportunity for Critter Crew members who have worked 100+ hours at the farm this year!

Next week Tuesday and Wednesday, Critter Barn is headed to the Michigan AgroExpo — Michigan’s premier farm show featuring the latest in agricultural technology, live demos, hands-on learning, and over 160 exhibitors from across the industry. Learn more HERE.

August 11 & 12

Michigan AgroExpo – St. Johns, MI

Our Traveling Farm will be at the event both days, and we’re looking for Critter Crew members to help care for and share our animals with expo guests. In addition to assisting with the Traveling Farm, you’ll also get time to explore the expo and experience the cutting edge of agriculture firsthand.

 We’ll meet at the farm early each morning and travel together in a rental van. Three Critter Barn staff members will attend each day, ride with the group, and oversee students throughout the event.

Space is limited and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meeting Times & Location

• Meet at Critter Barn at 6:00 AM both mornings 

What to Wear & Bring

• Wear your Critter Crew shirt.

• Dress for the weather—we'll be outside in a large field all day.

• Bring a packed lunch or money to purchase food from the on-site food trucks.

• We also recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and a refillable water bottle.

Estimated Return Times

Tuesday: Approximately 6:00 PM

Wednesday: Approximately 5:30 PM

We'll send parents a text with our estimated arrival time when we leave the expo each day.
