By becoming a donor you support the welfare of the animals, invest in teaching children about agriculture and farming, and provide excellent teachers at our educational farm. Through the farm environment we are able to share about the Miracles in Nature and bring kids to a level of understanding they would otherwise not have.
This year, our budget exceeds $200,000. We need to raise over half of that amount through donations, sponsorships and fundraisers. Our program revenue covers less than half of our proposed costs.

There's never been a more exciting time to be a part of the Critter Barn. Starting in 1984 with a sheep, a goat, and two piglets we now have over 200 animals from 15different species and 50 various breeds. Last year thousands of people experienced a taste of farming at the Critter Barn. We are celebrating 20 years of serving the community.
Your donations will help sustain our unique farm facility in these ways:
- Sustain creative programs and maintain the farm’s unique facility for learning
- Touch the lives of over 60,000 children and their families each year
- Invite hands-on learning in a safe, real farm environment
- Give children positive opportunities to interact with animals
- Provide a facility that nurtures volunteer youth through classes and
voluneer job coaches - Teach visitors about farming and food sources
- Help us maintain our high levels of animal welfare
